Prior to HR Anexi, she was the Head of L&D for the People Group, where she managed training delivery and operations to ensure that the interventions and curriculum were cost effective, consistent, efficient, and met or exceeded stakeholder expectations. Lina has developed a signature program known as 'Femme Phenomenal' that shares ancient traditions for accessing spiritual capacities to address vital issues for the women of today. She has successfully run this program for large population of women in the corporate.

Lina has worked with other HR/OD Consulting and Executive Education firms like Adecco, Hero Mindmine and The CEEI. She is a certified Lee Hecht Harrison Coach and Counsellor for Career Transition and Management Services and has worked closely with senior management teams from Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Nokia Siemens Network and Dow Chemicals in their outplacement endeavors. Lina has spent a decade in advertising and has worked with leading agencies like Ogilvy and Grey in the Account Management function.

  • Built assessment tools for competency assessments (case studies/situation judgment tests/caselets/role plays).
  • Created IDPs and Readiness Reports for learners/employers based on current and aspired roles. She also specializes in developing frameworks for improving organizational performance with a focus on building competency, values, and career pathway frameworks and models.
  • Curated multi-dimensional learning journeys with an emphasis on continuous assessments using assessment tools to track needle shifts in both synchronous and asynchronous learning trajectories.
